To schedule an appointment with the doctor, please go to the Appointment Form. Select the type of appointment you would like. Select the time you would like to have the appointment. Please fill out all necessary information and submit the request for an appointment. Note this is just a request and not a confirmation. If the date and time for the appointment is available, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
Next you must pay for your appointment. Come back to this page and scan the QR Code to pay using Zelle.
When you scan the QR Code, the Zelle App will open. Search for your bank and log in to send payment to Diego Rielo MD
Once Payment is received, you will receive another email confirming your payment and a link to connect for your appointment.
That’s it, you are set to go.
